Delivery Guarantee and Refund Policy
Beidos Box presale (Cohort 1)
The AED 99 deposit reserves one Cohort 1 slot at the displayed tier price. It is fully refundable at any time before the balance payment is charged. To request a refund, reply to the confirmation email or contact us on WhatsApp. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
The balance is AED 1,900 for Device and AED 3,400 for Done-for-you. It is charged only after Beidos confirms the cohort and communicates a delivery window of 4–6 weeks from cohort close. If Beidos cancels the cohort, every deposit is refunded in full.
A delivered device may be returned within 14 days of delivery if it is undamaged and reset. The buyer pays return delivery. The deposit and balance are refunded after Beidos receives and checks the device.
The device is configured using account access provided by the customer. At delivery, Beidos provides the terms for credential handover and for revoking Beidos access.
What is guaranteed
We guarantee completion and delivery of the Beidos Business Growth Audit report within 24 hours after confirmed payment and a complete intake — usually much faster.
If we miss delivery
If we fail to deliver the report within 24 hours through no fault of yours, you may choose continued delivery or a full refund to the original payment method.
What pauses the clock
The clock pauses while required intake information remains missing or when submitted facts cannot be verified.
What is not guaranteed
The guarantee covers delivery of the report itself, not any specific business outcome — traffic, sales, conversion or ranking changes — that may result from following its recommendations.
Before work begins
You may request a full refund before we begin building your report. After work begins, the delivery guarantee above applies.
After delivery
You have 7 days after delivery to request a full refund — no forms, just reply to your delivery email. If any advertised component is materially missing, notify us and we will complete or correct it promptly; if we cannot do so, we will refund the purchase.
Processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Stripe and the issuing bank control final processing time, commonly five to ten business days.
