Beidos Box presale (Cohort 1)
The AED 99 deposit reserves one Cohort 1 slot at the displayed tier price. It is fully refundable at any time before the balance payment is charged. To request a refund, reply to the confirmation email or contact us on WhatsApp. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
The balance is AED 1,900 for Device and AED 3,400 for Done-for-you. It is charged only after Beidos confirms the cohort and communicates a delivery window of 4–6 weeks from cohort close. If Beidos cancels the cohort, every deposit is refunded in full.
A delivered device may be returned within 14 days of delivery if it is undamaged and reset. The buyer pays return delivery. The deposit and balance are refunded after Beidos receives and checks the device.
The device is configured using account access provided by the customer. At delivery, Beidos provides the terms for credential handover and for revoking Beidos access.
1. Product
The Beidos Business Growth Audit is a one-time report for one business. It includes the deliverables listed on the purchase page: scorecard, snapshot, positioning read, 5–7 prioritized growth levers, 3 quick wins, and a 30-day plan.
2. Price
The listed price is AED 199, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription. The audit is delivered as a written report; no hosting, publication or ongoing implementation work is included.
3. Delivery commitment
The report is delivered within 24 hours after payment, complete intake and receipt of the access reasonably required to perform the work — usually much faster. Missing, inaccessible, misleading or disputed information pauses that period. “Delivery” means the buyer receives their private report link by email.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must be the owner of the business represented or their authorised representative. Information submitted in the intake must be accurate. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, card details, confidential databases or unlawful material through the intake.
5. Prohibited use
The service cannot be used to request analysis of a business you do not own or represent, or for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
6. Intellectual property and publication
You retain ownership of submitted materials. Nakama Island FZCO retains its methods, templates and report format. The report is provided for your internal use; it is not for resale or redistribution.
7. Liability
You remain responsible for decisions made based on the report’s recommendations. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid; indirect and consequential loss is excluded.
8. Refunds and law
The Refund Policy forms part of these terms: full refund within 7 days of delivery, requested by replying to the delivery email. UAE law governs the purchase, with disputes handled in the competent courts for Nakama Island FZCO’s place of registration unless agreed otherwise in writing.
